Self start and associated start instructions:

Sensitive information

Logout

a) Information you provide to us: In order to facilitate the provision of services to you, you need to provide your name and contact number. The effectiveness, performance, interpretation and dispute resolution of this policy, all disputes, claims or other matters arising from your use of the platform or services of the CRATER or related to this policy shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. All disputes between you and the CRATER or the AGAIN should be negotiated friendly. If the negotiation fails, you can choose to resolve it by any of the following methods:

(1) Submit it to the Arbitration Commission for arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules in effect at the time of application for arbitration; the arbitral award is final and binding on all parties;

(2) the jurisdiction of the people's court where the agreement is submitted;
